FALCOURT DINING EXPERIENCE

| The
Falcourt Inn is noted for serving gourmet meals in a warm and inviting
40 seat fully licensed Dining Room. Delighting the diner is a spectacular
panoramic view of the Nictaux River and surrounding countryside. The Dining
Room has traditional oak floors, wainscoting, heavy oak beamed ceiling,
and stone fireplace. Imagine sitting at a relaxing table overlooking the
Nictaux River, listening to music from the 30's and 40's softly playing
in the background. You can almost envision life as it was seventy
years ago and feel as if you are transported back in time. |
Dinner
is served from 5:00 - 8:30 PM.

Whether
you are having a quite romantic dinner alone, relaxing beside the stone
fireplace or dining with friends, the dining experience will entice and
tantalite your taste buds. Our extensive menu features a large selection
of choices to pick from, and deciding upon what one to order can be exciting.
The variety and selection is second to none, and our kitchen takes great
pride in their creations. For a starter you may wish to chose from home
made soup, salads, escargot or smoked salmon, just to name a few. This
is of course all started with a serving of fresh hot rolls, and maybe a
bottle of local or imported wine. |
| Main
courses feature fresh haddock, salmon, rack of lamb and a host of others
that will please your palate. As you sit and look down at the swirling
Nictaux River below , you can sometimes see fishermen catching fish and
going about their day. Or can you picture a farmer as he brings in the
hay on the field below. If you close your eyes, and listen to the music
playing in the background, it is easy to see how quickly one can get lost
in time. Relax and enjoy the full dining experience that the Falcourt Inn
has to offer its customers. |
